Any authorized LakayPibon can canvass its own "Crowd" in the Diaspora or locally in Haiti. Together, they can raised funds via the Payment Engine. Upon executing the project and MET the objectives of their Project, start another project. No more than 1 project per user.
Before Receiving collected funds, crowd of users will be asked, via an email request to vote for 50% or 100% release percent of their funds to the Intended Project.
Request for approval for fund release will done quarterly by email and kept in file by LakayPibon
